Join me for a grounded, expressive healing art experience where we make space for the emotions we’re often taught to silence.
Color Me Rage is part of Love Your Now Comadre’s Color Me Healing Art Series Workshops. A space where we blend trauma-informed expressive arts with intuitive healing, bruja wisdom, and radical self-honesty.
 
This isn’t about losing control. This is about learning how to feel safely, express freely, and transform intentionally. Because rage… holds truth.
 
Guided by Cristal Baez-Arellano, trauma-informed spiritual mentor, bruja coach, and group facilitator. You’ll be invited into a small, intentionally held circle to explore emotion through creativity.
Through guided prompts, reflection, and art-making, we’ll gently move through what’s been building beneath the surface, without judgment, pressure, or the need to “fix” anything.
 
No art experience needed, just your presence and willingness to explore.
