It is time to Hand it Over!

As we move along with the seasons so does our moon. Each full moon holds a unique energy, an invitation from the Universe to align with our deepest selves. As we stand under the luminous glow of this year’s first full moon, Spirit is reminding us to let go of what no longer serves us. What is stopping you from living your life to the fullest. It is a person, a situation, yourself? This is the time for shedding the old and embracing the new, releasing what no longer serves you.
Releasing the Old:
This month’s Full Moon is inviting you to release your self-doubt, old ways of thinking, behaviors that are no longer aligned with you, and especially release those low vibrational emotions. Spirit wants you to grow and become the best version of yourself, yet we have blockages that continue to fester and grow.
The Power of YOU
The full moon is a potent time to set intentions for the forthcoming lunar cycle. As you release the old, you make space for the new. Consider this a decluttering, an opportunity to sweep away the dust of complacency and invite in the fresh breeze of transformation. Ask yourself: What is stopping you from living your best life? Is it the weight of past mistakes, the burden of unhealthy relationships, or the echo of self-limiting beliefs? The full moon's energy acts as a magical spotlight, illuminating these barriers, making them tangible and ready for release.
A Ritual of Renewal:
Create a sacred space for yourself under the full moon's glow. Whether it's a quiet corner in your home or a serene spot in nature, allow the moon's radiance to envelop you. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and visualize the barriers that hold you back. With each exhale, release them to Spirit. Craft affirmations that resonate with your desire for liberation. Speak them aloud under the moon, infusing your words with intention. Affirmations such as "I release what no longer serves me," or "I am free to live my best life" carry the vibrational energy needed for transformation. Make sure you hand it over to the Universe!
