I want to start by saying that Unlocking Your Comadre sessions are amazing. I would have never in a million years thought that I would be able to overcome the trauma I have been holding onto for so long. Cristal is a beautiful soul and fantastic coach. She truly listens and helps guide you to learn more about, not only yourself, but how to love and accept yourself.
